SUPERVISION.
Professional Supervision is a regular ministry of support offered to men and women involved in leadership roles. Our ministry of Professional Supervision focuses on mentoring ministry and we offer resources, advice and equipping designed to empower mentors to find joy and satisfaction even in the midst of the considerable stresses of such a ministry.
OUR SUPERVISION MINISTRY.
We offer Professional Supervision to men and women who are involved in mentoring ministry. This usually involves a single one hour supervision meeting each term, with the possibility of more regular or special meetings if required. In the first supervision session, we establish a covenant for the year. This covers issues like confidentiality and accessibility. We generally invoice two hours of supervision per semester, and this is payable by the mentor being supervised roughly half way through the semester. Supervision appointments are offered in our office in Loftus or by Skype.
