Peter and Ngaire have been involved in church leadership for over 20 years, and Aedifica has the goal of investing our experience and skills in supporting critical Christian leadership roles. Our passion is to support you in your growth and fruitfulness as a gospel motivated leader.
The word 'aedifica' is Latin for 'construct!' or 'build!' and engages Christian traditions of 'edification'. By encouraging your growth as a strategic 'builder' we hope to empower you to fulfill your God-given vocation in making disciples and building God's Kingdom.
